By accessing or using the PolicyForge AI website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on PolicyForge AI's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Our Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

4. Payment

We use NowPayments to process cryptocurrency payments. By using our Service, you agree to the processing of payments through NowPayments and acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible.

Our Service provides tools and frameworks for AI governance. However, PolicyForge AI does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI tools complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PolicyForge AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PolicyForge AI's website.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PolicyForge AI operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
